As a founder of Agile5 with experience supporting Government systems since 2011, Chet Tobrey takes an efficient, solution-oriented approach to solving difficult technical problems across multiple parts of an organization. He has successfully delivered mobile applications, enterprise software solutions, and web-service integration projects for multiple Government and commercial clients. He earned bachelor’s degrees in computer science and political science and is a certified Scrum Master and SAFe practitioner. He is focused on identifying new technical opportunities to deliver federal services more efficiently.
