Adam is the VP of Operations for Agile5 Technologies, Inc. Adam’s background comes from a passion to figure out problems that come in front of him. From early childhood he liked to take things apart to figure out how they worked and then to put them back together to make them work again. This led to his education in engineering. Adam obtained a double major in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University in 2002. He worked through college doing a work study at the WVU Center For Alternative Fuels Engines and Emissions and then was provided an internship for Lockheed Martin working at the FBI CJIS Division.
After graduating he accepted a full time position for Lockheed Martin where he would also earn his Master’s Degree in Information System with an emphasis in Systems Engineering. Adam’s passion for System’s Engineering and open source software led him to work towards becoming RedHat Linux Certified Engineer. While continuing to enhance his Systems Engineering skills, he also has dabbled in software development writing Java code, but with a passion for Python. Another more recent passion has become Java Virtual Machine performance tuning and system performance tuning in general. Now, as a founder of Agile5, Adam also wants to make sure that this company is one that everyone wants to work for and no one wants to leave.
