Shannon Proud Phillips was Agile5’s first employee after the five founding partners and has been with the company since 2013, helping to build Agile5 from the ground up. A professional editor since 1999 for newspapers and universities, she has been in Government contracting since 2009, serving in technical writing and functional analyst roles on projects. As Agile5’s Director of Operations, she manages proposals, assures quality management for the company, performs security duties, and more. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bethany College in Bethany, WV.
