FAIRMONT, WV – To better serve Government and commercial customers, Agile5 Technologies, Inc., has achieved two new International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications: 20000-1:2018 in Information Technology (IT) Service Management and 27001:2013 in Information Security Management.

The newest ISO certifications are in addition to the current ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management obtained in 2017. Agile5 implemented the Agile5 Integrated Management System, or AIMS, to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve IT service management and information security systems.

“The addition of these two ISO standards reinforces Agile5’s commitment to growth and customer success,” said Lisa Fritsch, Agile5’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). “These certifications show that Agile5 delivers quality IT service management and effective and efficient information security management, including robust cybersecurity.”

Agile5 partnered with Core Business Solutions and registrar Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. (PJR) to achieve both certifications.
