Morgantown, WV
Agile5 Technologies, Inc., a premier small business provider of
systems architecture and software development services, announced it has been awarded an
Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), the
procurement arm of the Federal government.
The five-year contract allows Federal customers to efficiently purchase a wide array of Agile5 services.
The GSA Schedule 70 award is the culmination of a rigorous process in which the GSA carefully
evaluates companies to determine their proficiency and suitability for providing products and/or services
to the Federal government. The assessment covers a corporation’s capabilities, organizational structure,
performance history, customer satisfaction, and other criteria.
By awarding Agile5 Technologies a GSA Schedule 70 contract, the Federal government has determined
the company is recognized as a preferred vendor that is fully authorized to contract directly with Federal
government agencies.
“Receiving the GSA IT Schedule 70 contract is a major step forward in Agile5 Technologies’ business
strategy,” said Lisa L. Fritsch, President and CEO of Agile5. “Federal agencies continue to experience
pressure to lower prices while maintaining quality and increasing productivity. Agile5 prides itself on
understanding and executing a customer’s vision through continuous evaluation and communication,
resulting in cost savings and high quality deliverables. Now that Agile5 has been approved by the GSA to
do business as a responsible small business partner, federal agencies can more easily work with us
directly to meet these goals.”
