Agile5 Technologies, Inc., presented Chief Architect David Smithbauer with a Service Award for five years of dedicated service at an employee luncheon on April 18, 2018.

“David has been an outstanding and loyal employee for Agile5, not only as Chief Architect and contributor, but also as a friend,” said Adam Leach, Vice President of Operations, who presented the award. “We are very fortunate to have him as part of our team.”

Among his duties, David has organized and led the Agile5 summer internship program, in conjunction with partner Leidos, by mentoring a team of software development students. Under David’s leadership, the internship program grew from one Agile5 intern in 2015 to a team of 14 interns in 2017.
